Some files are up on youtube but organisation could be better, ideally links to programme page on Wikimania. As would better metadata.
Events
The fringe and future program were discussed.
We discussed the relative merit and greater success of reactivating former editors as opposed to recruiting new ones.
Mass upload latest
Technology
Scanners are about to arrive, the rules for who gets them and how we publicise this were discussed.

There is budget for more residencies, but a shortage of volunteers to assess them.
