: I suspect it's scaled by the number of hours. A rough calculation would be £26,000/(35*52)=£14.29/hr so the total amount here is approximately 26*14*14.29=£5,201.56. Pro rata

- I suspect it's scaled by the number of hours. A rough calculation would be £26,000/(35*52)=£14.29/hr so the total amount here is approximately 26*14*14.29=£5,201.56.
