What is it?
A Wikipedia editathon to add/update/ improve Wikipedia entries of Women In Computing cooinciding with Ada Lovelace's birthday. Get involved, the event is not just for women – no prior knowledge required. Arranged jointly with BCSWomen, Open Source SG, Hampshire Branch and Southampton Solent University.
What to bring
- Details of your Wikipedia username (create one now! - by clicking on the link on the top right hand corner on Wikipedia)
- Ideas of people you would like you want to edit on
- Any resources you might have that could be used as references
Trainers
Training will be given by the leader and a Wikipedia volunteer.
