Richard, I saw your post on Renata's page (I've been stalking her for years!) and it suddenly made me feel elderly and confused, two things I'm quite good at. Are these actual ''jobs'' ... as in, er, employment? Sorry if I am being dim but I am almost endlessly baffled by the pro-versus-volunteer thing, and am very far from clear on what this is.
