It looks like it is basically correct but it has problems if people stick spaces into parameter 4. Parameters for "changes" link
I have been testing this version of the template in KTC's sandbox. It looks like it is basically correct but it has problems if people stick spaces into parameter 4. So when I removed those spaces from parameter 4 the template displays OK.
So we should definitely have the parameters the way round I said. The only question is: do we want to force people to remove the space from every instance of the template? Cos if we don't we should probably import Wikipedia:Template:Trim into this wiki and use it in the template.
