UK Wikimedian of the Year
We are having an annual competition to recognise the contribution of UK Wikimedians, GLAMs, Educational Institutions and a Special award. The UK board have had some discussions and are open to suggestions for most of it. However we have decided that we will decide who gets "UK Wikimedian of the Year" (that will save lots of COI debates about how that one is awarded). The price the board pay for that is that they can't be nominated.
Name: "Wikimedia UK Annual Awards" (WUKAs)
The purpose is to recognise achievement (and inspire efforts for next year).
