On item 4. Notice of intended election - as well as a deadline, do we need a minimum period to consider the candidates? Not sure what the norms are here, but I'd imagine something like 10 days? :Hi Trabimechanic, thanks for the comments. Your proposals do make sense but I'm afraid the text can't be changed at this point as it forms part of a resolution being brought to the AGM, and proxy voting has already started.
