On item 4. Notice of intended election - as well as a deadline, do we need a minimum period to consider the candidates? Not sure what the norms are here, but I'd imagine something like 10 days? I also added to 'Notice of Intended Election' the stuff on proxy voting by email - but my session had ended before I pressed save. Hope it makes sense.

:Hi Trabimechanic, thanks for the comments.  Your proposals do make sense but I'm afraid the text can't be changed at this point as it forms part of a resolution being brought to the AGM, and proxy voting has already started. The  [https://wikimedia.org.uk/w/index.php?title=2015_Annual_General_Meeting/Resolutions&diff=66683&oldid=66671 deadline for suggesting changes] was 30 June, and I'm sorry that we had neglected to remove the <nowiki>{{draft}}</nowiki> template that was still sitting at the top of the page. --[[User:MichaelMaggs|MichaelMaggs]] ([[User talk:MichaelMaggs|talk]]) 09:02, 22 July 2015 (BST)
::Hi MichaelMaggs - ah, I thought it was rather late but wasn't aware of the deadline. Sorry and thanks. --[[Special:Contributions/128.40.14.160|128.40.14.160]] 09:43, 22 July 2015 (BST)

Hi Trabimechanic, thanks for the comments. Your proposals do make sense but I'm afraid the text can't be changed at this point as it forms part of a resolution being brought to the AGM, and proxy voting has already started. The deadline for suggesting changes was 30 June, and I'm sorry that we had neglected to remove the {{draft}} template that was still sitting at the top of the page. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 09:02, 22 July 2015 (BST)
