BiographyI have worked in the Education sector since 1993, after a number of years as a professional broadcaster. In 2010, I became an active Wikimedian by integrating a Wikipedia assessment in my undergraduate university teaching for all my students at the University of Hull's Scarborough Campus. I eventually also encouraged other teaching colleagues to adopt Wikipedia as a resource for some of their assignments. You can view a presentation I gave at the EduWiki Conference in 2012 about some of this work here. |
