The fair is complete! We now have a mailing list, with 237 members on it, a huge jump from only 10 wiki-page members and volunteers prior to the fair. Volunteers at the stall included Charles Matthews, Daniel Thomas, and myself. We've also received great support from SRCF. Almost all freebies were given out; the T-shirts and pens for volunteers of our stall created a particularly professional image by making everything in the stall Wikimedia-branded. Additionally, the nearby stalls, all science and technology related, were also predominantly using Wikipedia pens for their sign-up sheets!
Those who have signed up for the society have been invited to the 16th Cambridge meetup, which will officially be our first event after the fair.
I've done some last-minute printing out of my own pocket; however, we didn't get a power socket, which means we are likely to get some refund. I'll reimburse WMUK with the difference (about £26) when the bills and refund come in around Christmas time. Deryck Chan (talk) 10:12, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

- Probably the final update to this microgrant. I have received the refund from CUSU, and transferred the balance of refund minus incidentals (£27.04) back to WMUK. Deryck Chan (talk) 22:40, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
