The Governance Committee is a Board committee. It currently consists of:
- Josie Fraser (chair, ex officio) (trustee)
- Michael Maggs (trustee)
- Carol Campbell (trustee)
- Kate West (trustee)
- Rosie Chapman (external member)
The committee operates according to the Governance Committee Charter.
Meetings
Meetings of the Governance Committee are normally held on the second Thursday of February, May, August and November. The CEO is normally in attendance.
