:To design a contest/toolkit which can be used by somebody else to run a contest related to this area on wikipedia much more efficiently and less time consumingly than it would if I ran it myself.  I will draw up detailed core article lists, lists of artticles needing work and project pages.

:The contest, using a similar design to previous successful UK contests, will be a success if my model is adopted and run by another editor, thus apreading what I've achieved to date.

:I will take full responsibility for the development, and I am sure this will have the support of previous contestants.

:Several hundred articles improved, 10 + contestants competing in a contest without me running it.
