| Wikimedia UK trustees are required to have basic trustee training and consider further refresher courses each year. There are a number of local subsidised charity trustee courses available. In addition to external courses, Wikimedia UK plans trustee induction each year in-house as soon a possible after our AGM. This ensures that new trustees are familiar with their legal duties, understand their commitment to the [[Trustee Code of Conduct]] and the policies and values of Wikimedia UK.
