On item 4. Notice of intended election - as well as a deadline, do we need a minimum period to consider the candidates? Not sure what the norms are here, but I'd imagine something like 10 days? I also added to 'Notice of Intended Election' the stuff on proxy voting by email - but my session had ended before I pressed save. Hope it makes sense. --Trabimechanic (talk) 21:23, 21 July 2015 (BST)
