There are other people who may officially represent WMUK at times, e.g contractors, volunteers in some circumstances (the covering letter that accompanied my accredited trainer certificate states, "Please note you are now a representative of Wikimedia UK when delivering Chapter supported training events"). Is there a need to explicitly note that these people may express personal opinions on the Wiki that do not constitute an official view or statement of WMUK? Personal views
