Tweaking the description

Just to make it a bit clearer this is open to anyone who can give the time and make some of the benefits to them explicit. I should note that of course any member of the community can have input into the recommendations for future change and improvement based on the report, but this is a chance to be really immersively involved in researching the WIR programme and its metrics for the future :) Katherine Bavage (WMUK) (talk) 12:11, 3 April 2014 (BST)
