Cultural Outreach Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wikimedia UK (WMUK; a Registered Charity (no 1144513) and the UK chapter of the global Wikimedia movement). It owns QRpedia on behalf of the community.
It was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 29 May 2013 with company number 08548511.
The directors of the company are Jon Davies and Doug Taylor.
