Andy Mabbett led a very successful event at the BBC uploading sound files.
- London Zoo
John Cummings led an editathon at London Zoo addressing the gender gap by creating articles on Women in zoology.
- John Byrne started his residence at the Royal Society with a training event for Royal Society staff
- Ally Crockford ran an "anyone but Burns" event to remind people that Scotland has more than one great poet.
