As a member of Wikimedia UK, I would like to formally object to publishing this agenda until the minutes of the November 2013 meeting are published so that members can review them. As a member I have absolutely no idea what happened to actions of the past meetings that were outstanding and whether they should be part of this agenda or not. It is not acceptable to hold the next meeting until this happens and the members have had time to review the minutes (so issuing them at the next meeting is unacceptable).

This is a key failure of the charity to remain appropriately transparent for the benefit of members. Thanks --[[User:Fæ|Fæ]] ([[User talk:Fæ|talk]]) 12:13, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
The recent shift by the board of trustees to keeping public records of the charity such as these minutes locked away in secret, is a key failure of the charity to remain appropriately transparent for the benefit of members.

The recent shift by the board of trustees to keeping public records of the charity such as these minutes locked away in secret, is a key failure of the charity to remain appropriately transparent for the benefit of members. Thanks -- (talk) 12:13, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
