As a member of Wikimedia UK, I would like to formally object to publishing this agenda until the minutes of the November 2013 meeting are published so that members can review them. As a member I have absolutely no idea what happened to actions of the past meetings that were outstanding and whether they should be part of this agenda or not. The recent shift by the board of trustees to keeping public records of the charity such as these minutes locked away in secret, is a key failure of the charity to remain appropriately transparent for the benefit of members.
