Wikimedia is apparently being filtered by the maintenance on this site. Unfortunately, the method they are using to make sure the maintenance is working makes it impossible for Wikipedia to differentiate between legitimate users and those abusing the site. '''As a result, we have been forced to block several IP addresses, users, and proxies from editing and/or viewing Wikipedia.'''

'''Unregistered and new users:''' If you are in a unregistered account block, [[Wikipedia:Why create an account?|an account can be created]] to allow you to edit. Please use [http://toolserver.org/~acc/ this form] to request an account under your preferred username. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. If e-mailing, please refer to this block in your message.

If you are currently blocked from creating an account, use our [http://toolserver.org/~acc account creation tool] to request an account with details of your block as explained below. Alternatively, you could have edited anonymously, and create an account through, our secure erver, which does  currently seem to be affected badly.
