Aim:
- Brainstorming session around existing proposals and coming up with new ones
Method:
- Define a list of interested people (below)
- Work out which initiatives they're interested in (below + during meeting)
- Discuss them
- Brainstorm new ones throughout
Expected outcomes:
- Get people interested in actively doing initiatives
- Develop existing initiatives - what's needed, where are potential problems, etc.
- Come up with new ones
