Aim:

• Brainstorming session around existing proposals and coming up with new ones

Method:

• Define a list of interested people (below)
• Work out which initiatives they're interested in (below + during meeting)
• Discuss them
• Brainstorm new ones throughout

Expected outcomes:

• Get people interested in actively doing initiatives
• Develop existing initiatives - what's needed, where are potential problems, etc.
• Come up with new ones
