I like this but it could do with a much, much lighter background. The words need to stand out. As it is, the "UK" is barely discernable. Remember that people have different brightness, colour and contrast settings on their screens depending on where and when they are working and what they are working with, so to be sure that people can read something it needs to be really clearly discernable on your own screen.
