***A E&W registered charity, and E&W private company (both of which applies to WMUK) are not legally required to hold an AGM unless its articles specify otherwise.[http://www.charitycommission.gov.uk/publications/cc48.aspx#28][http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/about/gbhtml/ca_gba7.shtml#three] WMUK articles [[Articles_of_Association#General_meetings|does require]] an AGM, but does not specify a limit on location. ** Digital projectors and reasonably-sized display screens (WMUK has laptops available, so these aren't needed).
