Proposal
To approve the transfer to Wikimedia Deutschland of EUR 11,835.00 (approx £10,000) in line with the Toolserver budget of the 2013 Activity Plan, and in accordance with the invoice from Wikimedia Germany recorded at File:739.pdf.
