Shouldn't this simply be called Wikimedia Scotland? WMUK has the licence from WMF to use the name "Wikimedia Scotland". - Agree. I guess the concern might be that "Wikimedia Scotland" sounds more like a separate organisation with all the asociated legal gubins.
