It would be good to know when the documents that are being put up for approval will be fixed, so that the trustees know that the version they might read in advance will be the same as those approved. :I double checked today, and at least two were being changed today, so I assume these are not fixed yet. It's now 10 days before the meeting, I recommend a freeze of 7 days before the meeting so that all trustees have an opportunity to read through and don't accidentally waste time reviewing something that is still being drafted. If any document is being changed later than that, I suggest it is deferred to the next meeting. Thanks --[[User:Fæ|Fæ]] ([[User talk:Fæ|talk]]) 18:34, 16 March 2013 (UTC) | |||
::Yes, that's a good point. A couple of them are still being worked on. For most we should be able to freeze them 7 days in advance but one (Audit and Risk Committee terms of reference) might take a couple more days - so perhaps 5 days' notice. Versions of proposed documents under review
It would be good to know when the documents that are being put up for approval will be fixed, so that the trustees know that the version they might read in advance will be the same as those approved. Thanks --Fæ (talk) 22:39, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
