:I double checked today, and at least two were being changed today, so I assume these are not fixed yet. It's now 10 days before the meeting, I recommend a freeze of 7 days before the meeting so that all trustees have an opportunity to read through and don't accidentally waste time reviewing something that is still being drafted. Versions of proposed documents under review

- I double checked today, and at least two were being changed today, so I assume these are not fixed yet.
