Minutes of the Wikimedia UK Board Meeting
Sunday 26 April 2009, 1pm and later adjourned to 4pm
Matlock Rooms, Krobar, 325 Oxford Road, Manchester
Present with full speaking rights: Mike Peel (MP), Andrew Turvey (AT), Mickey Conn (MC) and Kwan Ting Chan (KTC).
1. Admission of members
Applications were received from four people with cash payment of fees. Board approved their admission as members 24-27.
2. Board Report
The Board Report was approved
3. AGM Speakers
