::Good plan! One other thing: The accounts don't include a cash flow statement. It's easy enough to workout the cash flow situation from the other details (it would look almost identical to the income part of the income statement), but I believe it is conventional to include it. Suggestions
The Board is putting together a brief (perhaps 1/2 page) board report, summarising the acheivements of the initial Board.
