This page gives the proposed rules relating to Membership; more details may be found on the guidelines page.
These Membership Rules will be adopted under Article 28 and nothing in these rules can contradict anything that is written in the Articles of Association themselves.
Overall
- Membership is open to all
- Membership is not transferable
- Membership is renewed annually based on the acceptance date of the application
- There are two levels of membership: "Members" and "Friends"
- Membership fees will be reviewed at each AGM and may be revised by an Ordinary Resolution of the members.
Friends
- The yearly membership fee for Friends is £[XX]/year, reduced to £[XX]/year for concessions (defined as under 18, full-time student, unemployed and OAPs).
- Friends do not have a vote.
