• Update Board Done
• Update Board meetings Done
• Update Old Board/New Board user rights (current board have Admin and Bureaucrat, former board have Admin) - Bureaucrat changes need to be done via a Steward

Company Secretary

• File the form with Companies House
• Update the Charities Commission Done
• Update the Register of Directors
• Request access to or removal from chapters mailing list + chapters wiki Done
• Request access to or remove from WMF internal mailing list + wiki Done

Treasurer

• Update bank account signatories and access
• Update PayPal account access
• Update CiviCRM access;
• Reallocate authorising board members on the current budget page

Sysadmin

• Create/redirect email address (first.last@wikimedia.org.uk); modify Email addresses as appropriate Done
• Add to or remove from board mailing list Done
• Add to or remove from office mailing list Done
• Add to or remove from Board wiki Done
• Add to or remove from Office wiki Done
• Change WMUK blog accounts to/from admin as appropriate
• Request new OTRS account / existing one to be updated
• Update board members list on Twitter
• Update admin access on the WMUK Facebook account

Trustee induction

I see that Peter Williams is nominally down to lead this. I'm not entirely sure why this is the case, particularly given that the last trustee induction session was provided by Midas rather than Peter? Perhaps there has been confusion between PQASSO and the standard trustee induction? Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 21:06, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

Expression of interest

• I'd like to attend, though possibly not for both days. I'd like to speak very briefly about the time and date of the September board meeting if I may, and I might have something to add on the topic of Wikimania/conferences (but other than that I'll keep my mouth shut, I promise!).   Of course you're very welcome to come and it would be lovely to have you, but if you have an idea about the September board meeting you might as well post it here (or raise it by email if that's inappropriate).
