:I am applying for refreshments, travel expenses and some project merch for a maximum of 15 participants for a wikithon at Leeds City Museum, as part of the 50th Anniversary celebrations of the First Annual Transsexual & Tranvestite Conference, which was held in Leeds in 1974. The event hopes to raise awareness of how trans histories can be added to Wikipedia, as well as getting participants to make a few edits.
