Revision as of 02:27, 3 December 2011

There have been a few more "complaints" than usual this week, but none are unassailable.

  • One is a friendly-worded notice from the subject of an article correcting us on a few points. I will either pass this on to a volunteer, or through to OTRS.
  • One complained about the length of time that it is taking the WMF's donateatwikimedia.org address to answer emails. I have passed this feedback on to the WMF.
  • One complainted that when he read that Brandon equates a website with advertising to a 'propaganda tool', he decided against donating.

We have also located the one membership application that was pending from August: a letter of apology has been sent, and the Board will discuss the application at the next Board meeting.
