We are Northamptonshire's most popular outdoor military fitness organization. Operating from Delapre Park in Northampton. Our fitness classes have been used by the military for decades to help new recruits and existing serving members of the Armed Forces maintain a high level of fitness, whilst reducing weight mass. BOOTCAMP Physical Training fitness classes are designed for men and women of all sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels. | |||
Our male and female staff are all ex serving British army and are all qualified fitness instructors, so you are in safe hands at all times for all classes that we run. We put maximum effort into you, so you can be the Best You Can Be. | |||
BOOTCAMP Physical Training run their sessions at Delapre Park, Northampton and the response so far from members has been over whelming. We work you hard but also have a lot of fun too. Team members have created new friendships, their confidence and motivation has increased, and most of all their body shape, size and fitness levels have all improved significantly in just 10 weeks. Classes are split into 2 fitness levels, beginner and intermediate with both classes merging for team building events. | |||

The all new BOOTCAMP 300 Workout simultaneously builds muscle, increases muscular endurance, and will give you a body that is sculpted like a Spartan Warrior! Held at Delapre Park between 19.30pm - 20.30pm. Full details available on our fees page. | |||
Walk Active sessions | |||
These low intensity exercise classes are designed to ease people into fitness whilst having fun with like minded people. Held at Delapre Park between 09:30am - 10:30am. Full details on our fees page. | |||
Daytime sessions now available | |||
