- 40 hours for 50% of the year - i.e. we hire them 6 months into the year, and they work full time for 6 months in this budget.
- 27 hours for 100% of the year - i.e. they're working part time for 12 months in this financial year (which is rather unlikely now, unless they have a time machine...)
