Possibly it's too late, but would it not be best to spell out to voters that there are 9 candidates for only a maximum of 7 seats? The information is there, but not in one place, nor near the ballot form. [[User:Johnbod|Johnbod]] 14:39, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
