Meeting in Lincoln on 19 December 2012. Present were Katie Chan (KTC), Tom Morton (TM), and Harry Mitchell (HJM).

==Decisions/Actions==
;Supporting events:
*Secondary events will take place in Lincoln the day after the main conference
**We will endeavour to arrange some sort of tour (perhaps of the castle and/or cathedral) or history walk
**We will organise a "Wikipedia Takes"-stlye photo contest
**For anybody who wishes to remain in Lincoln but not particiapte in the tours and/or photo contest, we will provide a room with Internet access for socialising or editing. We may be able to provide some research material for articles
**We need a venue for the second day; we could use the same venue as for the AGM or partner with a local cultural institution 
*HJM to establish a meetup in the East Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, or Lincoln) as a means of promoting the AGM and building a volunteer base in the area (email sent to Wikimediauk-l seeking input; aiming for a date in March)
