Covers everything from "Introduction to Wikipedia" booklets to pin badges - any free materials to support outreach events, activities, and the Wikimedia UK volunteer community in general. This type of material is essential for a number of programmes. We have been able to source merchandise that is of sufficient quality that we can avoid importing material. Having this sourced locally means that we do not have to carry a large stock but we can re-order just in time. ;Timetable for activities
In general - merchandise available throughout the year. Special requests fulfilled provided enough notice is given. 

In Summer 2013 we have conducted a survey with the community (with focus on volunteers who regularly deliver Wikimedia training events) to find out what they thought about our current merchandise, and what else would they like see made. The results were taken into consideration in stock reorders in Autumn. You can see the survey results here: [[:File:WMUK Merchandise survey 2013.pdf]]. 

Increased activity around key events of the year - GLAM-Wiki, WikiConference, EduWiki.

*Merchandise popular and reflects the UK community's wishes. 
*Amount sufficient to cover key events.

*Materials/stock not managed well. To remedy this the stock is now looked into by Richard Nevell.
*Materials not relevant to the needs of volunteers and requirements of events, not being used
