We will first introduce the state of multilingualism, languages and their interconnectedness in Wikidata to understand where we are now and to draw a plan where we want to go. The main part, however, should be an active discussion on what is needed to add more language labels- do we need different tools? Do we need to include more small language communities? And how can we approach that?

Wikimammenn is the Wikisource in Breton language. It only has less than 5 active contributors bit in 8 years, they gathered 6600 texts of around 300 books in Breton. Wikisources are both a challenge and an opportunity for small languages. A challenge as finding, collecting and curating texts in the public domain (or compatible free licenses) is quite difficult. But a chance as - with the right structures - transcription can be easy and is even accessible if you don't know well the language.

I will take the example of the Breton Wikisource, but as a Wikisorceror for 12 years I'll also tell about experiences from other languages, what worked and what didn't. How to use and adapt goals and tools to make manageable to transcribe hundreds of pages of a books and most importantly how to hasten slowly and find the right pace.
